Once a month we look forward to spending virtual time with you at the ashram! From morning till late afternoon, yoga sessions, relaxation techniques, meditations and satsangs with Swami Sivamurti Saraswati will be available online. The purpose of these programs is to motivate and inspire us to continue with our yoga practices. During this time, it is very important to stay connected to the tradition and continue to enjoy the innumerable benefits that Satyananda Yoga brings, enhancing our lives and lifestyle.
Through satsang, we have the opportunity to add a new dimension to our spiritual awareness. It is a time where matters concerning our everyday life, as well as our spiritual life, are discussed. Satsang unites us with our inner wisdom and virtues, inspiring us to express the ideals and principles of truth within us all.
Throughout the year, Swami Sivamurti Saraswati will speak on a variety of themes and answer questions on topics pertaining to our self-development and growth.
