with the ups and downs of daily life. It is an attitude that gives you strength
to focus on the good, and helps you to see the good in others. You find
solutions more easily and attract success. Positivity brings optimism into your
life and makes it easier to avoid worries and negative patterns of thought. It
helps you to be healthier and improves your psychological and physical
well-being.

Take some days off from your normal routine and immerse yourself in one week of positive energy, in an  environment charged with positivity.

The program includes: theory and a variety of practices of the Satyananda System of Yoga to increase positivity, optimism and creativity.
