Satyananda Yoga is an internationally renowned system of yoga belonging to the tradition developed by Swami Satyananda Saraswati as inspired by the teachings of his guru Swami Sivananda Saraswati and continued by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati and their lineage.

It incorporates practices derived from ancient and traditional sources, yet adaptable to the needs of modern life. The efficacy of Satyananda Yoga has been scientifically researched for many years and the wide range of practices are suitable for all ages, body types, and levels of wellness and health.
